The Little Optimist Trust invites you to experience the joy of sailing in the Kom!
Locals of all ages will have the opportunity to sail an Optimist boat — a small, sturdy dinghy that’s perfect for beginners and a whole lot of fun on the water.
Each 15-minute sail costs R100 per person, with a maximum of two people per boat.
Tickets will be sold directly by the Little Optimist Trust at the Kom on the day and will be available on a first come, first served basis. No advance bookings are required.
In the event of bad weather, the fun continues with massive inflatables to enjoy instead.
Meet: At the two palm trees at the Kom (where the Anything That Floats race begins)
Sail times: 10:00 – 13:00
Tickets: R100 per person — available to purchase on the day directly from the Little Optimist Trust. Limited availability, first come, first served.
All funds raised from this event will be donated to the Little Optimist Trust, supporting their inspiring work and contributing to the Masi Corp Foundation.
